If for any reason you do not complete on your mortgage there is nothing to pay. Fees charges vary from broker to broker, some have a fixed charge, some may charge a percentage of the mortgage borrowing however, each broker will let you know the cost of arranging a mortgage on your behalf during your initial enquiry and all fees will be detailed in the mortgage illustrations they provide.
