Do You Need An Adverse Mortgage Lender?
Your credit report will determine whether you need an adverse mortgage lender or not. Things to look out for include whether you are in arrears on any of your credit cards or loans, whether there are defaults or whether there are more adverse circumstances such as IVAs and bankruptcies. An adverse mortgage lender will also want to prove your name and address, so a nomadic existence might not be the best way to qualify for a loan – and it's best to make sure you appear on the electoral roll. However, even if you have adverse credit, the chances are there's still and adverse mortgage lender who is right for you.
