We are sorry to be the bearer of bad news but due to the current credit crunch all UK lenders now require a minimum Loan to Value of 90% on adverse credit mortgages. This means that you need to insert a maximum mortgage required amount of £ in the Mortgage Required box on the enquiry form.

As a whole of market mortgage broker we can tell you that If you do not have the minimum Loan to value of 90% then you will be unable to secure a mortgage at the current time.
